Dr. Kayla Borka, DVM
Dr. Borka was born and raised in Minnesota. She graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical year at the University of Florida. She joined our team in spring of 2019 where she is enjoying pursuing her passions in preventative medicine and surgery. Outside of work, Dr. Borka loves to spend her time gardening, listening to music, hiking and soaking up the sun. She also enjoys spending her free time with family and friends and having game nights.
Kayla is very passionate about her patients and is careful to never miss a thing! She works tirelessly to provide her clients all of the options and answers she can. She will take whatever time is needed to make sure her clients have a clear and confident understanding about the health of their pets.
Kayla is incredibly detailed oriented, has excellent client communication skills and strives to provide each and every patient and client with the high standard of care that Dakota Pet Hospital is known for! We are so proud of Dr. Borka and her commitment to excellence and continued growth as she has blossomed into the doctor we know and love today!
